My Gym Redondo Beach Policies 2025
Thank you so much for being part of our big family. We welcome you to a year full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
A few policy reminders for all families who are currently enrolled at My Gym Redondo Beach. Please read everything below so we can work together to make your experience at My Gym the best! :)
1. ONLINE ACCOUNTS- Please use a web browser and not the app
ALL families must use their online accounts to mark themselves absent if they're missing a class, schedule make ups, book practice and plays, switch your home class, update billing information, and opt out.

Log in at mygym.com/redondobeach --> Log in to "My Account" --> Schedule Classes--> Click on your childs name--> you'll see everything there

2. MAKE UPS
What is a make up? You have 1 home class, you come to that class every week. If you miss that class you mark yourself absent through your online account PRIOR to the start of your class in order to get a make up class. Marking absent can be done weeks in advance.
You will not receive a make up online if you try to mark absent after the class has started. Please schedule all make ups before showing up to class. If a class is not showing up as available it is likely full, check the morning of to see if a family has opened a spot for you.
Make ups expire every 6 weeks or once you opt out of classes. All make ups must be scheduled prior to opting out. Once make ups are scheduled and your cancellation has gone through, make ups may not be rescheduled.
3. PRACTICE AND PLAYS
All Practice and Plays must be scheduled prior to showing up. If it is not showing up as available, P&P is likely full. Check the morning of to see if anyone had cancelled their spot for the day. Teachers will be checking families in during P&P
4. CANCELLING CLASSES
Taking a break from My Gym? No worries, simply cancel through your online account under "Schedule classes". We do require a 30 day notice for all cancellations.
You will be prorated if your 30 days is after billing. For example you put in your cancellation today but you’re going to get billed next week, it will charge you for 3 weeks instead of 4 weeks the next month. Please put in cancellation 30 days in advance.
5. MY GYM SOCKS
All children are required to wear My Gym Socks. This is a corporate mandate across all My Gyms. Grown ups come in their normal socks and are not required to wear My Gym socks.
If you forget your little ones My Gym Socks, they are available for purchase. $3.50/pair or 5 pairs for $12
6. SIBLINGS
Younger siblings- must be in a carrier. Forgot your carrier? No worries, we have a spare at the gym. This is to keep your hands free to spot kiddos on equipment in parent participation classes and practice and plays
Older Siblings- For safety and liability reasons, older siblings are not allowed on the gym floor. We will have activities for them during their siblings class int he lobby area.
7. SICK POLICY
Please keep kiddos who are showing any symptoms of sickness at home. This includes persistent coughs, runny noses, or any other symptoms of sickness. Teachers go by the better safe than sorry rule, if you are asked to go home for the day please dont take any offense, we are trying our best to keep all families, kids, and staff members safe and comfortable at My Gym. If this policy is not being enforced, grown ups please use your voice, pull an instructor off to the side and voice your concern. Lets work together to keep My Gym as great as possible
